At Viviendacrowd Analytics S.A.S. we respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Ecuador (LOPDP) and its regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Viviendacrowd Analytics S.A.S., Tax ID (RUC) 1793148920001, registered office at Av. República del Salvador N36-140, Quito – Ecuador. You can contact us at privacy@viviendacrowd.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through the contact or subscription form, mainly your name and email address. We also collect anonymised technical data about the use of the platform (pages visited, device, language) when you consent to analytics cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to provide you with additional information about our analytics platform, send you informational content of interest and respond to your requests. We never use your data for financial intermediation or purposes other than those declared.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, informed and express consent you provide when submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest in maintaining informational communication with our users.
5. Data retention
We retain the data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion. Anonymised technical data is retained for a maximum of 24 months.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless legally required. We may use technology providers (hosting, transactional email, analytics) acting as data processors under strict confidentiality and security guarantees.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction, portability and the right not to be subject to automated decisions at any time by writing to privacy@viviendacrowd.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Superintendence for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical, organisational and administrative measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page, along with its last update date.
